Rick is responsible for developing new processes, gaining and creating cross-department efficiencies, and empowering our teams to take on new challenges. Prior to his time at Aquila, he lead projects for Epic Systems and Bastian Solutions. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
